CRIMINALS. Yes, the same criminal gang acting as though they are MICROSOFT. Just a new phone number, which uses a "Free" SPYWARE offer to infect your computer. This criminal organization is fully supported by our greedy politicians, who share in the profits of crime. Nothing will ever be done in California to stop these criminal gangs from ripping us off. These criminals exist due to the support of our corrupt politicians and money hungry phone companies, both of which receive significant profits from the abuse by these criminal enterprises. It would be ever so simple for the phone company to identify all unused and invalid phone numbers by marking them as "invalid number" as part of the "caller i.d." program and/or the phone companies setting up their own reporting email systems (just like this one). But, the phone companies elect not to identify invalid numbers since they earn substantial income from these criminals calling us every day. We get to pay for these callers too, as we are usually billed for calls from these unwanted spam callers Such is our life in California. Criminals, politicians and the phone companies all share in the common interest of easy money.

How do you clean your computer after talking to these crooks. Got a message that a virus is trying to get into my computer. Like an idiot I called the number and they got into my computer and said it would cost $600. to fix it. I said I would think about it and hung up.

I had a message pop up on my computer that my Credit Card, Facebook, and email had all been hacked and I needed to call 877-552-9914 in order to receive help. They go by the name "Computer Support Services" and they charged me $99.99. I realized it was a scam in the middle of them downloading things onto my computer. I immediately turned my computer off, waited an hour and turned it back on. I deleted all the files they downloaded to my computer, changed all of my passwords, and got all new debit cards. Watch out for these people!!!

Same thing happened to me this week- they told me they were from Norton Security... I foolishly gave them my checking number-- then realized it was a scam-- They kept calling me back- I have blocked their number - and told them I was reporting them to the Attorney General of NYS - no call since.

they got me good even though I told them I was an old man with very little money. To clean my computer they first offered the deluxe lifetime rate of only $599 but because I was a senior today they would give me the reduced rate of $499, I was then offered the one time rate of $ 299 which i stupidly accepted and gave my credit card number. I hung up and discovered I had been scamed so quickly informed my credit card company. They have never stopped calling since Starting around 11.00am and ending around 7.00pm

BEWARE...!!!These people must be stopped...!!! Scamming us normal working Americans...They put viruses out there on the computer networks and the tell you that they can fix them and try to get your credit card number to pay for their fraudulent service.
Other numbers to avoid 888-892-1230, 844-300-8828 and I am sure they have a lot more. Names they are going by securemypc.net, us info solutions, and dail port solutions. They are not tech support they are computer pirates...BEWARE...!!! You know they are thieves when the Indian states they are from New Delhi, India...go figure...!!! Feels like talking to tech support at Verizon...!!!

I had a warning come up on my MAC 10 screen that said I had reached a phishing site. Another message followed saying I was to call 877-552-9914 immediately to fix the problem. I couldn't delete the messages so I called the number. It was a scammer, and Indian gentleman judging by his accent, and he kept me on the line for a considerable time but when I
saw my files appearing on my screen I told him that I was being "phished" as we spoke. He said shut down your computer immediately and unplug it and call me back on Monday...yeah right! He called me back on Monday and I asked him what company he was with and he said Apple Computers. I said get the hell out of my computer and he hung up. Later I received a call from Quicken loans asking me to call back to discuss the new loan I had taken out. Needless to say I hadn't taken out a loan. I have called Quicken numerous times and can't get anyone at the number provided.
