this number is calling Caledonia Ontario and no one will answer on the other end or leave message on machine

my husband is very ill. this number is callled to his cell phone 4 and 5 times a date. We need this stopped. when he answers no one will say anything. He needs his rest and this is very bad for him.

This number calls my cell phone several times a day. They usually hang up if I answer. Unable to dial the number back. This has been going on for days. My number is on a no call list as well.
