Its part of hack attempt to reprogram you phone. Calling the chain of phone numbers is not a good idea.

I got this a month ago before I blocked it and it's some tramp wanting us to look at her website pics. Which is why I'm assuming it's a tramp. How can we report harassment??

My block caller service has blocked 45 texts/mms from this number thusfar. Am truly happy I did not have to field these myself! However, they need to discontinue.
