yeah david jones called me too little does he know a ryan brooks called me a couple days agao saying the same thing but a different amount and different time period, but this is REALLY a scam??

keep calling me every twenty mins i hang and they call back

Asking for my personal info because I owe on a pay day loan I never heard of. Threatening legal action and stated they worked for a law firm thwart worked fire the FBI. Called me stupid and hung up on me.

I got this call today both at work and at home....where I was. The caller had an Indian accent and suggested I was being sued on Monday for a $300.00 Pay Day Advance. I was VERY, VERY aggressive with the caller, telling him to NOT call me until I got served papers, and he hung up on me. I called back 20 times before I finally got him to listen to me. I told him that I wanted to speak to his supervisor...another Indian accent. I told them that I would be giving this telephone number over to my OWN lawyer....and that THEY were about to be sued by ME for harassment at work and identity theft. (They has presented me with my social security number and bank account info....scary!) The "supervisor" said that they would NOT be calling me again and apologized. I asked "What about the lawsuit?" and they hung up. OBVIOUSLY A SCAM>>>>>I called Bank of America (my bank) and informed them, and they said they were getting alot of these lately and to monitor the account. Change account numbers if necessary. WOW....what is this world coming to.....LOL!
