I received the same automated message regarding legal proceedings. I saw a story on the news about these scams and I am disregarding. If only these people put the same effort into being good people.

I got a call from the same number. It went straight to the voicemail asking me to call back before they start legal proceedings

They never said who, or what company they were from but left a message saying that they were going to start legal proceedings against me and that my SS# was showing fraud activity. It was all automated. Scammer!!!
