I RECIEVE PHONE CALLS FROM THESE INDIVIDUALS EVERYDAY @ MY WORK PLACE, YES I TOO HAVE APPLIED FOR A PAYDAY LOAN ONLINE & I ASSUME THIS IS WHERE THESE CREATURES GOT MY INFORMATION. THE MAN "MARK WILLIAMS" ASKED TO SPEAK TO MY MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR TO TELL THEM THAT HE WAS HAVING THE COPS COME TO MY JOB & INVESTIGATE A CERTAIN MATTER. I TOLD THE MAN THAT IT ANYTHING LEGAL WAS GOING TO HAPPEN THAT MY ATTORNEY WOULD CONTACT THEM TO GET THE MATTER RESOLVED. I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK THE NEXT DAY PRETENDING TO BE AN ATTORNEY IN WHICH HE ASKED FOR MY BAR # I GAVE HIM A BOGUS # AND ASK WHAT THE MATTER WAS EVEN PERTAINING AND FROM HERE ON OUT EVERYTHING WAS TO BE DISCUSSED IN WRITING INSTEAD OF THE PHONE CALLS. I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT IF I WAS BEING SUED TO HAVE ME SERVED, MR. WILLIAMS GOT EXTREMELY UPSET AND STARTED TELLING ME TO SUCK HIS D*CK AND HE WOULD F*CK ME WITH A BROOM. I TOLD HIM THAT TO SAY HE WAS APART OF A COMPANY HE WAS CONSIDERABLY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT THE PHONE CALL WAS BEING RECORDED AND TRACED & THAT HE WASN'T EVEN IN AMERICA HE GOT SCARED & ASKED ME THAT IF HE WASN'T THEN WHERE WAS HE. I TOLD HIM THAT I REFUSED TO PLAY THE GAMES WITH HIM AND THAT AUTHORITIES IN HIS COUNTRY WERE COOPERATING WITH THE FBI IN AMERICA TO HAVE THEM PUT TO DEATH. THE MAN KEPT LAUGHING BECAUSE HE HAD NOTHING ELSE TO SAY. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!! AND I WISH I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT COMPANY SOLD MY INFORMATION TO THESE SCUM BAGS!!!!!! THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED!!!! I AM SICK & TIRED OF BEING HARASSED @ MY JOB BY THESE PEOPLE!!!

I am getting calls from 347-844-6656 from " officer Jones" and sometimes a woman who claim i committed fraud and an arrest warrant is being issued for me unless I let them know how I am going to handle it..They offer settlement amount less that what they originally claim I owe. I would know if a check cashin place or anyone had deposited money into my checking acount. I applied on line and have paid ones that I owed. I do NOT owe these people and always pay bills that I owe and keep records. I never heard of these people and do not owe them. Yet, they call over and over and over and can not seem to stop the calls. The calls can come from Montana also and other call centers. All have accents from India and should be put in jail. They do not care that I do not owe them ..they want money to avoid getting me arrested.

Please, Please do not let these guys scare you..it is illegal to try to collect money if you owe it or not in a violent way. the police WILL NOT come arrest you... You WILL NOT go to jail for failure to pay a debt.... They are scammers who got your name from one of those cash advance places on line. IT should be illegal for those places to sell your info to them but it is not. Please use caution... you are just going to have to remain calm and ride it out.. they will eventually get tired of trying to contact you I hope.. but read my story please I confronted him... and he got sexually violent with me... telling me things that a MAN should NEVER Tell a lady.....

I remained calm though he laughed and laughed thru most of the phone call I really wanted to scream and yell... but I did not.... It is not worth it.... they are not worth it...

I returned the call.. the man said his name was mark williams and the company was department of investigations

Those scammers called again.. I let it go to voice mail on my work phone... then I called them back. The man said he is Mark williams when I called him back but the one who left the message is officer andrew fletcher... oh well...

I asked for the name of his company.. he said department of investigations when I asked for the address they would not give it to me at all... kept asking me why I needed that information and I said why do you need my name if you wont give me your address.

then I advised that he was reported to the FBI he then told me that he was not even in the US so I asked where he was located he said I am in pakastan, I said oh that is a nice country. He said that he is getting hundreds and thousands of dollars from the US stupid people who get scared and send them money. Then I said wait a minute your not scaring me you are not getting anything from me? he said well maybe not you but certainly you stupid american people I told him that is not of my concern, just stop calling me at work he said he will continue to call me until I get FIRED.. I said go ahead it wont matter anyway..... then he said he likes to F american girls and asked how old I was he said he was 23 I told him my age was not important and that was really inappropriate behavior from someone who was making a business call. He then said that he will call me EVERY DAY.. I said that is ok I wont have a job that long anyway.... then I asked if the company was hiring he said the only way he would hire me is to come there and suck on his thing (I didnt think of it at the time but I should have told him it was not long enough) that is the only way Im going to get a job hello... stupid guy...

He was laughing and saying how stupid the american people are. to give him all the money they have

I finally told him that was inappropriate and he needs to stop calling me...

I hung up on him... JERK....



What a waste of skin on a human being....

These phone calls are very annoying and RUDE.. they ask for a person I have no knowledge of and will not take NO for an answer they are calling the wrong number..I told them I was reporting them to the police, hung up and they still called back 6 more times, back to back. Phone calls now come in with name and number as 00000000000..... the man laughed and said, you don't know my number. Same voice as the first of many calls that came in with the above number. How do you get these calls to stop ?????

I received calls, every 30 minutes at my place of employment, announcing himself as (Office Jones, etc) and that he is collecting on a loan in which need to be paid right away or they will send a policemen to my place of employment and arrest me. Aslo indicated that he need to speak with my boss or manager. If arrangement need to be made fax a letter to 347.296.3087 indicated that I have agreed to pay the amount and what method (credit card, my number or a Hallmark gift card with number) also a copy of my driver license.
