They ask for your identification number to give you a government grant but they cannot confirm that it is not a scam before you get them the information once you need the confirmation you're stupid for being so smart its like signed a contract without reading it why am I giving you my ID if you can give me the information on me first

Called me three times in 12 minutes. I was home, but didn't pick up. I don't answer any number that I don't recognize and/or that has no name or business in caller ID. Google says 156 area code is in China.
