Caller ID says it is MN DFL Party but they never leave a message. I call that number and mailbox is full. Press 0 to reach an operator but no one answers. How do I stop this caller from calling me?

Call only for money. Begged them to leave me alone. Call after we go to bed. I hate their calls - I am male, white, non-union, tax paying, legal, hetero, non-criminal - so I really do not matter other than $$$$. STOP IT!
