Changing my energy provider. Who is the person who pays the energy bill in the house.
Not sure, I never talk to whoever on the phone. However, based on http://www.spokeo.com/866-379-telemarketers#8663792003 it's an attempt to sell $100 for $1 and asking CC info. I have been getting this annoying calls everyday and very distracting. I took one advice in youtube: press the answer button then flip the phone over.
some woman trying to sell gas--told her to stop bugging me--she said she not bugging me---but they don,t stop calling

these total idiots keep calling me up here in the great white north. i told them to go ( you know what ) with themselves. these freaks have to stop pestering us all.
This call is from Direct Energy selling their company as an alternative to other hydro energy resources.
According to toll free reverse lookup this number belongs to Rogers:

I am receiving persistent calls from 1-866-379-3222, multiple times a day, latest call usually around 9 pm. No one ever leaves a message when I am not there. And when I picked up twice, no one answered. Another time, I asked the caller to identify himself and why he was calling, and when he wouldn’t I told him not to call again, unless he is prepared to talk to me. By my phone’s latest count they called me 18 times this week alone (Aug/Sept, 2010). Now, if it is Rogers, just how desperate are they for new business? If it’s something important leave a message with contact information, otherwise talk to me when I answer the call! If it’s another pushy telemarketer, NO or NOT INTERESTED means exactly that. F*** OFF!!!
