This number keeps calling my work cell phone number. There is never anyone on the line. If I do not answer the call when it comes in. They leave a text message that says "call" - and then alway a five digit number. The five digits are always different. My cell company cannot do anything about it. They just said text back "stop - remove my number - quit calling" But I am unable to text back.

It's likely an automated war-dialing (robo-call) which hang up when you pick up the phone. Take action! File your complaint today so they get shutdown quicker: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

they called me the other day saying they had to validate our business adress for sending money-saving info regarding our energy service. he asked my name and I told him I could tell him if he had the correct business name and mailing adress but he did not need my name and I told him I could no longer help him with the call . today was a lady from the SAME# saying it was discover network wanting to send info in the mail and asked for the same information. I told her to please take us off their calling list and hung up. I tried to call back to see about a do-not-call-list and it's busy.

Someone should file an FCC complaint about this number. 18669613530 because they call and hang up when you answer.

STOP CALLING ME!!!

These folks hung up about the first 20 times they called. When I answered and just sat there they finally asked if anyone was there. They stated they worked for AT & T and there had been a problem on the phone lines this past weekend for which there would be an over charge on my bill if I did not l=allow them to finish the call. You cannot call back the number. They are rude, demanding even to the point of screaming. THese folks are awful. Same story they used last week. They have lots of trouble on the line. Funny thing though our phones here are not with AT & T. Would love to be able to file some complaint. They are really a PAIN!

claims to be Verizon, offering and updating the free online yellowpages directory and to answer his automatic voice prompts while he presses the prompts during a conference call. When I asked to listen to the automatic voice prompts it clearly says I am agreeing to a $34.95 online directory fee. While the automatic voice was speaking he would speak over it to make sure you did not hear what you are agreeing to. He hung up when I asked to listen to the automatic voice prompt but the conference call stayed on for me to listen to the actual agreement.

If you are not willing to pay for the service do not agree to any prompts. Make sure you ask the billing phone company to send you the complete recorded conversation including what the operator was saying because you did not agree to the recorded terms, you agreed to the sales representative terms who offered a free service. Make sure you get the free service you agreed to since it was given to you by there sales representative, a verbal legal binding contract. Entrapment great lawsuit, class action one. There are many lawyers waiting for this type of call. Caller ID and tracing a call are getting much easier. Its easy to find the company doing this.
