This company is stating my 6 yr old son got online took an IQ test entered in his cell number for which he does not know.They then sent a 5 digit # to his phone for which they said he confirmed that he wanted their services. I called to inform them that A) he doesn't know his number and B) he can not get online without me because our computer has a internet block. I informed the gal I was speaking with ,that the company should have sent the responsible party i.e. .. the one who pays the bill the confirmation not just some random number.They somehow get numbers and say that one got online to take a test then they confirm by texting a confirmation 5 number for which they say you have to respond in order to activate. I asked them again why they don't send the adult responsible for the account a confirmation number and was told that is not their company policy. I asked to speak to a supervisor for which was not available(in a meeting) asked when there would be one avail she could not tell me and informed me that the answer would be the same. I feel these companies are stealing from the consumers and targeting a number and not the responsible party i . e the adults. Please help stop this crime
