Someobody always calls from this number and the voicemail they leave is a like a minute of silence. Why bother to leave a silent voicemail. Pathetic losers. Does India not have legit occupations other than scam call centers?

To the person saying that this is a Telus number and therefore not a scam or phishing call is seriously out to lunch.
The person is either completely ignorant of how number spoofing works (and how/why scammers utilize this in their efforts), or is intentionally trying to mislead people. Either way, it’s no good...
You should NEVER be receiving a call from this number, but only dialing it for support in lieu of being able to dial 611 (say your cellphone is broken or stolen).
Whoever owns this site should hire someone to observe and pay attention to nonsense like this, as those words from that one person negate the entire purpose of having such a service to inform and warn people about scams in the first place...

We have had calls from this number at least 50 times in the past year. So I have called Telus about it. This number: 888 811 2323 is DEFINITELY a Telus number. So it is definitely not a phishing scam.

I didn't answer because I don't recognize this number. Then I copy/paste lookup and find out it's a scam pretending to be Telus. Funny thing is my cell phone provider is actually Telus? Strange.
