Yep, they rang my cell too. Did not answer. Fact is; It's sad that we, the people cannot answer any unknown call these days as we have been "boxed" in by these damn scammers blowing up our phones on the daily.

same here, block one number and they call from another similar one. I'm on the Do Not Call list which so far hasn't done anything to stop these people
Unfortunately these are scammers, and the do not call list does not matter to them. All the DNC list does is stop sales calls from legitimate businesses. These people are operating outside the law in all aspects. Sadly I just keep blocking them. I did get a spam blocker that has helped with any reported numbers. It stops the call, and alerts you of its attempt. It doesn't stop them all but it helps.
Same caller, they must think I'm an idiot.
