She did not sound foreign at all. IRS center. Sure is a scammer claiming to be DOJ/IRS

201-473-6497 - Dot-head Indian goat bangers say they want to give me a credit card with 0% interest. They have been "monitoring" my cards. Then they ask how much I owe and on what credit card. Well if you have been "monitoring" my cards, you scammers, then you tell me.
