Car warranty calls despite being on no call list

am on no call list but keep getting calls from this number 201-771-8073 and someimes others about car warantee but never had one to begin with and theycontiue to call anyway. This was a recording or robo call and this one was warning about loosing my warantee and was my last chance to purchase more. spoketo no person.

Recorded msg wanting to know if I wanted to buy auto maintenance. No person picked up the call on their end. I waited to see what would happen and anotrher msg came up that said "Thank You For Calling" and started the BS again. I feel sorry for any senior who may fall to this crap. Would someone pls shut these scammers down. Oh and I am on the "no Call List". Not sure if that means anything.

on 11/16/16 ....2017718073 received a call from this unknown number, did not answer, no message left for a return call.
