I also received the same call. I returned the call and told them "I was returning your scammer call about trying to steal my money". She said "funny man" and hung up on me.

Called twice. Very scary. Definitely spam as the US treasury is suppose to send a letter and I already paid my taxes plus for a refund so wtf?s stop its freaky!!!

Received a call from Danny Archer. The same messsage as the others. He left a message on my fax machine number. Will ignore, since I know I don't have an issue with the U.S. Treasury.

Same here everything they said in the comments is true they threatened to send my mother to jail! Just because we didn't have the money they wanted from the obvious scam. They said they wanted the money through money order! When I heard money order I was like this is a total scam! Please don't fall for this scam! After she hung up my mother was crying saying how were we going to get all that money!? But this website helped I was relived it was a scam and thank god we didn't give out any information

I received a message form a Sean Miller calling from 201-830-1633. He said that he was calling regarding en enforcement by the US treasury intending ? your CVS intention ignoring this will be an additional second attempt to avoid? initial appearance before magistrate judge the grand jury for federal offense. My number is 201-830-1633. I called, but reached a voice mail - left a message to call me - no answer. Hope he does not use my phone number for fraud.

Same information as above. Left a message saying is name is Sean Miller..... Dept. of Treasury.... blah blah blah....

Same call as everyone with an intimidating voicemail left. I was bored on lunch and called the number back. They were quick to answer the call but when I asked what company he was with I was surprised to hear he worked for the Department of Treasury. When I asked what division of the Treasury he politily hung up on me. Please treat as a scam!

I received a call from 201-830-1633. Basically to call immediately to avoid proceedings from the Grand Jury. Of course it is a scam, big time. I have a sister-in-law who fell for a call such as this and they took her for $7000.00. She reported it but no telling who is really calling and from where. The voice I heard had a foreign accent, middle east sounded to me.

Does everyone know Shaun Miller and have the same allegations that the Treasury Dept is after you? This is ridiculous. TWICE in one week. He wont stop.

Called left messsge with name and number to call back. Threating federal judge appearance if I didn't call back.
Heavy accent. DId not return call and have blocked the number.
