Same thing man with bad accent said I need to give him either bank info or credit card to recieve my $9,000.00. He didn't even know my name and have only had my current phone number for 24 hours. I asked if I could call him back and he refused said he would call me back. I gave him some random numbers and he became angry and rude then he hung up.

Oh lord, I received a call from these people as well saying the same thing but then they hung up.

Same experience as everyone else... They call me repeatedly and every time I answer simply so I can tell them to remove me from their list. But they keep calling me. It's harassment at this point and I don't know how to make it stop. I don't think they're actually calling from the US, even if it does show up as a 202 area code. It's all part of the scam.

I just got a call from this number as well - Man with a funny accent and terrible english -- I started laughing at him after he told me I was one of 1,700 randomly selected "peoples" to receive a $9,000 grant from the Federal Gov't. He was offended that I was laughing at him so I told him to give me his supervisor if he was upset. He got more upset me with me - so I told him he was full of shit and this was a SCAM -- that the gov't would never provide me free money -- home of the brave and land of the free, but not FREE MONEY - Nothing is free -- HAHAHA - He hung up! I hope he calls back...I'll have my own script to read to him - THE BIBLE! That should get him going!!

ha ha i got a call for the 10th time. I acted like i had just won the publishers house give away. Screaming and telling them OMG i won!! they hung up..LOL

Male with a very bad accent claiming to be from the US "Federalist" Government with $9000 that I won. I asked him "sorry, who is this again" and he attempted to repeat the same scripted scam line. Hung up, of course.

why are these people not held accountable? Why are they not in front of a judge? I know if I break the law I get into trouble and I am held accountable so why are these people not???? At the least what they are doing is harassment and probably could be charged for fraud. I asked the lady with the India accent to put my number on the do not solicit list and she hung up on me. I tried calling back but the phone said the number was disconnected. So if I had the time and found out where this office is and went and held these crooks accountable by slapping this lady into next week I'm sure I'd be the one doing time. But here are countless witness reports of what they are doing and the police do nothing about it to stop these people and I'm sure it's the elderly they are hoping to target.

Just got a call from this number. A female with a spanish accent. Told me she was from Federal Reserve Bank and asked for my bank account or plastic card so she can transfer 9,000 to me. Scam

Caller insisted that I take the $9000.00 after I give him my account information. Caller didnt even know my name. He got very defensive when I told him to take my number off their call list adn to never call me again. I also told him I was reporting this to the FBI and he threatened he was canceling my $9000.00. Whatever dude. Had a foriegn accent that I couldnt tell what descent it was derived from. I never give out my number on websites so Im not sure who sold my info to them.

Got this criminal's call. Told him he'd called a law enforcement agent, that he was a criminal and said I'd find him and prosecute and deport him.

The call me at least 3 times a week. I answered today and said i was reporting them to the police. Male got super defensive and said "go ahead dial 911 right now" and hung up

Female with a foreign accent claiming to from the US Government with a $9,000.00 grant for me. She said they were giving me the money because I always pay my bills on time. I decided to listen to her entire "pitch" and then when I asked her what do I need to do to get the money...we were suddenly "disconnected"!!! SCAAAM!!

I received the same call regarding $9,000 for grant money. Male caller said the have identified me for the grant. I asked him what my name was, and he was unable to answer. SCAM.

Just got a call from these jokers. 1,000 scholarship all we need is your information to transfer the money? Uh ya, no. I mean come on guys really? Anyway Its cool that sites like these are around to help warn people these low life scumbags are everywhere!
