I got a call from this number after I answered a call from another number also from Washington (202 756 6200). So the I send a text message from a phone number of Talkatone App saying that I want talk again to record their voice and expose it to the authorities (just trying to mess around and play with them) and then I start to recieve a lots of calls from the number of this report (202 689 8216) I think they are trying to scam and reach info also... careful people

When I called back I got the message this number is not in service...I an unable to block these calls because this is a phony number
