I just received the same call and that the police will be there in 35 min. to arrest me for fraud. When I told him that I am hanging up, he said not to disclose or share the case information with anyone. I just reported it to TIGTA.

This number called my mom and left a message saying there was a warrant out for her arrest and to call back. Officer Jason Miller and gave a badge number 7029. He barely spoke English

Scammed today, threatening investigator with a heavy accent. I hung up on him and he called right back aggressively.

They have called me two days in a row saying that my local police department will be at my house to arrest me. He said his name is Kevin James from Washington, D.C. and I am going to be arrested for tax fraud.

Same as previous posts. the guy said his name was Mike. My call was about owed taxes, with the threat of a law suit. When I started asking questions he hung up. By the way "Mike" could barely speak English.

Received a telephone message this morning from the same number, threatening that if I did not call back, I would find the police knocking on my door.

I received same call this morning, though I couldn't make out for sure what they were threatening about. I figured it was bogus, but I really hate that people can get away with this kind of stuff. Some of us can get major anxiety when we're already struggling worth debt and living paycheck to paycheck. How do we get these creeps?

Received voicemail from Amy Davis with department of legal affairs concerning taxes owed. Demanded payment and threat of local law enforcement arrest. Contacted TIGTA and reported possible scam with attempt to collect taxes owed to the IRS. Beware about these calls.
