SAME HERE...Had A foreign accent. i have no issue with the IRS. I said you'll need to send this in writing. He said no..No more letters.. I laughed and hung up.

They have called me 3 times. Claims to be the IRS and they are suing me. I don't know what the scam is but I know I don't owe IRS anything.

Received a call today, heard someone on other end, then they hung up. Other sites indicate this was an IRS scam. I received a call yesterday from the IRS supposedly going to sue me from a 209 area code number.
