IRS Scam

"An arrest warrant issued by the IRS from Officer John Coskin" with a case number and threat of arrest within half hour if you don't call back. Skeptical, but curious I called back. They keep you on the line, phishing for info. Everything he asked I just said no.

He threatened that sheriffs were on their way to arrest me since I didn't comply. Lol, I told him do a quick Google search of the # and first thing says SCAM, he hung up really quick

I receive the same bs call today 06/03 from Daniel WIseman. Hilarious!!!! How stupid does one have to be to actually fall for this?

Same as the others...warrant out for arrest from the IRS. These scammers are awful!

Just got a call from this same #. Good thing I have people in law enforcement. Sending this in now.

Received a voice mail today, June 2, 2016. Message from a male voice stating some b.s. about crimial charges filed against me and I needed to contact the IRS immediately. I have NO criminal charges against me and not in any trouble with the IRS.

A voice identifying self as officer Daniel Weisman or Wiseman from the 'legal" department of the Internal Revenue Service said that IRS has a criminal case against me and that if I don't call back the above number or have my attorney call back the number, he wishes me luck as the situation unfolds on me. I have received this call several times. I wish I could file criminal charges myself for the threatening, lying harassment. How do we get this public nuisance stopped? I KNOW that the IRS does NOT make personal phone calls! I also know that there is no phone number access from the public to the IRS.

My boyfriend is at work and has got a few calls this morning from this number. Claiming to be irs and they are going to cease his house and car.he doesn't own a house and we lease our car. Obviously a scam!!!!

I just got a call with the following case number CF93271 from an officer John Coskin to call this phone number 202 851 6846. It came in as a private number I have been blocking these calls as they come in. Good luck to them.

They called and left a message to call them back immediately that it was an urgent matter from a male robo-voice. That I needed to call back immediately.

Well I also got a call this morning from a male automated caller.Also said there is a criminal case against me for fraud on my taxes. Gave me a case number TF93271. What is sad is they know my address. I noticed when my wife challenged the lady she hung up on me..... Phone number who called me 202-851-6844.....

They claimed to be from the IRS and that I had a warrant out for my arrest. They demanded that I call them back, right away as it was an "urgent matter"

Got a call 5/31/2016 9:30 a.m automated female saying I had to call back because of federal offense. I did not get the entire message just the ending wishing me luck if I did not call back.

Got a call from an automated male caller this morning tell me that there was a criminal case against me and gave me a case number of CF93271 Witch there is no such number that number is to short and demanded that I contact them back or he would proceed with the judgment and have my drivers license suspended and have me arrested for bank fraud and if I did not pay for it money that I was supposed defraud from the bank. That's not the part that pisses me of the part that pisses me off is that this person has all of my personal information like SS# date of birth Place of residence and old residence and place of employment and I mean all of my information. This country has to find a way to stop these so called people from screwing peoples lives up.
