I also have a phone call message informing me I need to call as soon as possible IRS will file law suit against me.
I'm wondering WHY I always paid ahead of time.
I know it should be SCAM caller wanrs to collect money.

Yes, these SOBs called me. They identified themselves as being from the Internal Revenue Services. It is Service not Services.

Called number and got a man with a heavy Indian accent. When I told him to send me a letter, he said no. When I told I couldn't understand him, he called me a mother f*^&er and told me to hang up. I'm guessing its a scam.

about 3pm googled it and found it was scam. Caller mentioned a law suit in her prerecorded call.

I just received a phone call from these idiots as well. They are all scammers. As he was talking to me I was googling the number and found this blog. Thanks a lot. As soon as I told him that I googled the number and saw it was a fraud they hung up.

I just got a call from this number. Same thing I am reading from the other comments. IRS is filing lawsuit against me. Prerecorded message. I immediately called the number back and no answer.....let ring about 10 times.

They called me about 20 min ago.I called back using *67 I said I was reporting them and they just laughed.

Received this same prerecorded message: "IRs has filed a suit against" slight pause "YOU". Scam Message 5 minutes ago. Checked number on Internet and found this blog about the Scam number 202-247-1239 for IRS.

Automated voice stating, "'Nathan' has filed a lawsuit against... you." directed me to call number, same as above for more information. I googled the number and found several complaints similar to mine, most of them saying the caller stated that they were from the IRS.
