got a call from this number to my work blackberry this afternoon. a guy with an Indian accent said he's calling from "department of blah...you have been selected to receive a $9000 dollar grant." i could not make out what dept it was, and the background noise sounded like he was driving, so i asked "department of what?". he told me the whole thing again. but it was such a blur again i still couldn't make out what department it was. i asked him what the grant was for, then he hung up.

I received the call and he said he was from the government offering a grant. I told him you're not from the government and hung up on him.

This number called, and I was given another number 202-621-0520. I was told to ask for a jennifer Watson, and she wanted $250 in order for me to get the $9,000. I could not understand anything that they said.

The accent is from an Indian person. They offer $9000 "free" from the US government (lol). As soon I asked do not call anymore the guy got upset $#@%%^ and more. What a scam.

Called me in Michigan-did not leave msg. Wish there was some way to spam them back.

Called me on my work cell phone earlier today. Couldn't hardly understand the caller. I yelled SCAM!!! then hung up. They haven't called back.

Got the same call in NC. Would not send any info in mail. Wanted bank account or "any plastic card" number. Wanted me to stay on the line so the sr. acct. manager could verify correct account numbers. When we refused to continue on the phone and asked them to send something in writing, they said that was not the process we have to follow. One caller used profanity. We told them not to call back. When we tried to call the number back, it was a non working number.

They said they worked for the IRS out of washington? What towel head is named mike? Lmmfao I'm trying to chase the number they got my cousin a while back with some of my money also so its pay back time the police nor anyone else of authority wants to do anything so I'm finding them Taliban's myself

They called me. I am only 17 i couldn't understand them so i hung up. i was in school at the time they just called me 1:23 and it was werid

Called my phone today at 11:49 Indiana time. I couldn't understand what was said so I said "what" and they hung up.

I received a call from the same number with the same pitch about 15mins ago.
