This number belongs to Independent Voter Research. These people keep calling me over and over again after I have told them not to. Today alone, on a Saturday, they have called 5 times. Luckily, I have an app that automatically hangs up on the number, but still. What the heck is wrong with these people? very harassing!

I just received a call from this number. They left a message saying "congratulations member" and stating that I had been "approved" for a credit card (something about it being prepaid as well) and to call back to activate the card. I suspect a scam, but either way I am registered on the national do not call list and have been for at least a good month and probably two.

called despite no solicitation, call screening, etc. also we are listed in national do not call directory.
if this is "membership services" then their other number was already call blocked on her phone service, which we purchased in order to block them from calling every 5 minutes. now it looks like they are calling from another line. terribly obnoxious. spam. scam.

Very inappropriate sexual things were said to me. Charles called. I told them to stop calling and they started in saying these things. He called back less than a minute later after i hung up on him. And then said he was calling from his home and continued the sexual harassment.
