This scammer calls numbers on the national do not call list in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. They fail to have an operator on the line when the call is answered, further violating the TCPA, and they play a recorded message without an operator on the line, yet further violating the TCPA. When you get to an operator, they refuse to provide a phone number, and hang up when asked for an address, both further violations of the TCPA (and both information that any legitimate business would gladly provide). Their recording states that the victim has had their credit card accounts tracked for the last 6 months and has been approved for a 0% interest payback plan. This is clearly a scam, as the operator has no information about the victim's accounts and starts by asking for that information. Do not provide this scammer with any personal or financial information.
Robo call asking for a call back stating not to use Apple devices.
Idiots, taking up my time on a work phone to offer me something I even remotely DO NOT want to have anything to do with!
Credit card interest scam
Yes they have called me twice today. I've put them on a block app I have. They left a message and I couldn't understand what she said. so, I called back. Both times a recording said " the survey we called you about has ended. If you wish to be removed from this call list hit 9" I hit 9 twice and they are still calling
