Received a notification of the call, along with a recorded msg, via the App for my XFINITY VOIP provider. However, the call did not register on my telephone system. This number is Blocked. Somehow it appears they were able to bypass the Block, leave the message without activating the phone.

They have called my mom 3 times in 2 days. Sure wish you could track them down and turn them into the authorities.

There was an automated call on my Dad's phone.The message said the IRS had a lawsuit against him and that was the final notice.Only call ever received.It was a woman's voice but left no name.I know better than that.It's sorry for people to be so low to do innocent people that way.Because unfortunately some people would fall for the SCAM....

I rec'd a call today from this number - I answered my phone and rec'd a recording (female voice), telling me that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. I hung up after taking down the number that I was to call back - got a recording saying that the person at that number was unable to take calls at this time. (I figure that it must be SPAM as I've been told that the IRS doesn't contact us by phone without contacting us by mail first - I don't have any correspondence from the IRS at this time!)

I got two calls on two consecutive days. I love the fake semi-female ai voice telling me about the pending lawsuit.
