I called them back and told them that this is not fair and they are not IRS. When I told the lady to find something else to do with their time, she told me " I will" and I said thank you and hanged up. The IRS will not have Indian workers in India working for them.

IRS, how original! It's a female voice recording telling me they are filing a suit bla, bla, bla. Reported to NOMOROBO! So happy they have my back!

They have called 3 times. 1st time- left message 2nd time- I hung up before they were thru 3rd time- I listened all the way thru ... they do give you a number to call back (not same on caller ID) so I was not prepared to write ... I will next time!!!! they are calling me on a land line

IRS scam call. The IRS will never call you on the phone. DO not call these criminals back. Thick accent male calling from a call center. Call himself "John Fort"…. like I am sure that is his name.

1st call was from 3607803756 recording stated the Internal Revenue Services (sic) was going to file a lawsuit against me. 2nd call was from 209-782-8759 same recording. It's not the Internal Revenue Services, no "S" on the end of Service was first mistake, 2nd the IRS does not call they send certified letters, 3rd I've worked in the real estate/legal field & know exactly how the IRS handles cases & they certainly don't by recorded messages.

When I answered their call it was about an IRS final notice, ect. I hung up as this was the second call I had today with a 360 area code.
