This may be a spooked origination number.
Similar call have been received at my phone over the past 8 weeks – at least.

Got a call about 9:25am today and I'm on the DNCR. No message was left but looked it up and it stated it was a Financial Loan Forgiveness company. I blocked the number so let's see how many other LA calls that I get. So annoying!

Called my cell which is on the DNCL at 9:27 this morning. Called back using IP phone and got a message saying their VM is full and can't accept messages. Definitely pings my scam senses.

My wife received a call from this number and got a message for a cruise give-away, no mention of a company or business name. I received a call shortly after but no message was left. Our phones are listed in consecutive order.

I received a call from (213) 503-8127 and it was an automated recording saying "congratulations, you have won a trip to the Bahamas". I keep getting this phone calls from this number and other Los Angeles phone numbers. My number is on the Do Not Call Registry and I do NOT give my number out for anything other than on a need to know basis (my legit bills, work, my children's school documents, etc.).
