Said his name was Jason Todd, Account Director with/for Xerox. Referenced an increast in toner rates (898 -> 1032) but we would continue getting toner at the lesser rate.

In my experience, these people are toner bandits / scam artists trying to swindle you. They cold call falsely misrepresenting themself as a printer/copier manufacture. Even after repeated request for them to stop calling stating we have a maintenance agreement that includes toner they continue to call. You’d be wise to block all communications with them and report them to the FCC/BBB. http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm
