They hanged up right after I answered the phone.
When I called back, I heard a recording that claims to be a Walmart and target gift card giveaway!. Do noy answer any calls from this number. If you do once, they will never stop calling!.

several threatening calls per day regarding investigation, arrest, etc.
"F" from the BBB, and found numerous complaints on 800 notes. They apparently have the last 4 digits of your ssn, say there is a lawsuit against you. Don't be fooled; don't answer.
