I have gotten this call several times the past two months but was not here to answer an no message left. I just happened to be here to answer today and there was no one to talk to on the other end so I hung up. Very curious about this phone number and it looks like alot of people are receiving a call from MD Cop.

The caller asked if I was home without identifying himself. When I asked who was calling I got a name only. I had to ask what the call was about before he would tell me it was Maryland Chiefs of Police Association. I don't appreciate being hit up for money by an organization that intentionally makes their name sound like a law enforcement agency. I wish they would stop calling numbers listed in the national do not call registry.
