On another blog site, it mentioned calling 866-246-7196 to give the caller's and receiving phone numbers for a do not call request. It did help me to stop these calls so I wanted to pass this on.

Same number today, different number yesterday, no messages left....I can ignore calls then block numbers as fast as they can call.

I don't answer unknown number on my cell, just Google it and find out who it is. I have been getting my 2nd and final notice from Rachel for years on my home phone answering machine, they don't leave a msg on cell phone. I finally pressed 1 to speak to a person and got one that was very informative. They get our phone numbers from our active credit card accounts, and the ONLY way to stop it is to stop making our payments till we have bad credit. So I guess I will continue to get and ignore the calls.

I got a call from this number today. I was greeted by an automatic system, telling me that this was my last chance to qualify for a low interest rate on my credit card. I pressed the number to speak with someone (I wanted to see which bank was calling me). A guy with an accent answered the phone, he asked for my name. I asked what bank was calling? Silence.. He replied "Visa/Mastercard", when I asked him again, what bank? He proceed to mock me, then hung up.

This is your second and final call to reduce credit card rate. Of course same crap different number.

If Obama would prosecute some of these fools calling to scam our credit cards they would go away, but no he won't do that. I hope we learn something from electing this useless democrat. They say they care but they do not! So just like Putin, these Card Service Scammers thumb their nose at Obama!

I've blocked these people from calling and they just call from a different number. I'm going to buy a whistle and light their ears on fire. Maybe then, they'll stop calling.

These people keep calling me. Last time I pressed 3 to be taken off the list. I now got another call from these lowlifes, I then pressed one to speak to an operator "to lower my rate"....I got a man by the name of "Frank" and I told him that last time I got a call from them I asked to be taken off the calling list....and in a mocking tone of voice he told me that he could not take me off the list and then hung up on me. Be aware of these lowlife bottom feeding scum!!!!
