Called and said something about a vacation and hung up... Annoying

Called at 8:38 pm said I earned a vacation because I am an American Express card holder pressed 0 to talk to someone asked them why they're calling me I don't have an American Express card and I'm on the no call list so don't call me, they hung up called a half hour later, and now I'm filing a police report against them if I can find out who they really are .
Didn't answer when they called. They did not leave a message. I tried calling the number back and get a recording that "this number is not in use" . SPAM!
