THEY CALLED ME AND I ACTUALLY SPOKE TO SOMEONE THEY ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO LOWER MY INTEREST RATE. I BEING THE ETERNAL SKEPTIC ASKED THEM WHAT CREDIT CARD CO I WAS WITH. THEY HUNG UP IMMEDIATLY

Did not answer. No message. Don't know anyone in Kalamazoo, MI, so figured it had to be some sort of bullshot.

Received a call two days in a row! I am on the do not call list..I pressed one to ask them to take me off the calling list and he hung up on me!! No option to be removed from the list! frustrating!!
