recorded insurance message, keeps calling back, no matter what you push, no way to opt out, obviously spammers looking for personal info. They use a fake number that does not take a return call, it just say cannot complete call.

Called me 3x today. Voice message recorded partial message that stated "do not call list" as if it provided an option to select to be placed on the do not call list but it never gives the number to opt out. Plus I'm not answering any way. Beaver Springs, PA is where it claims to come from.
