Hotel stay robo call spam. This is the one that wants to record you saying yes due to the spiel "can you hear me?"

Called at 11:20am central, very chipper female voice, "Hello? .... Oh Hello? I'm sorry there was a problem with my headset! Hi! I'm calling because you stayed at one of our resorts recently and you qualify for 75%--" then I hung up and blocked and came here to type this.
