Claimed to be working with the IRS regarding my 2013 tax return. Stated that I had been ignoring three years of messages and now a magistrate was going to get involved. The voice sounded East Indian

Caller claims to be from the US treasury both people I spoke with were asian. the call was from Florida.

I did not catch the name, however the caller was a male with an accent and said that I had a tax issue. Ignoring this call would be a federal offense. The call sounded like either a scripted call or a robocall.
