They just left the "phone number" on voicemail. No company name.
I called back and hear a person said Cash Advance and I hung up on them.

Ignored a call from this number but they left a voicemail so I tried to listen to it, it was interlaced with static and unintelligible. So using Google Voice I called back and some with a very crappy phone answered something about cash advance but again wasn't really intelligible. I hung up.

Since I didn't recognize the number, I didn't answer. Only a partial message was left but, given the experience of others, this is a total scam, and poorly done.

Half cut voicemail saying "I REPEAT 312-392-5263". The number instantly goes someone who can't understand English. I ask them what they called me for and they say something about a loan. I say what loan? They hang up. I'm not sure what it's about...not a very good scam. If you want my money or personal information at least put some effort into it.

Voicemail to call back regarding a loan that I wasn't looking for, didn't need and didn't want. In the instant I stated we were not looking for a loan, they hung up.
