got the recording, pressed one. As soon as someone spoke to me, I asked "who is this with?" and they hung up!!! bad people.

Called me today. No message left. I will just block the number after reading the comments.

On fed do not call registry and still receive these intrusive calls! Grrr.

Offered to lower my credit card rate. I asked them which bank and they couldn't say. I told them I was on the Do Not Call list. They hung up.

total scamm phishing for personal info.

I rarely answer unfamiliar phone numbers; utilized Free Reverse Phone Lookup (GREAT resource); pulled up #; read the SCAM comments; sad commentary about beautiful Dearborn, MI.

Looks lke I didn't answer quite fast enough, so caller was silent and eventually hung up. From what others are saying it is one of the companies that calls fairly often about reducing your credit rate. It's either phishing or some other scam, or maybe an unethical company trying to 'slam' your credit account to their system. Probably not out of Michigan... with unethical phone services allowing false phone number usage you can't see their true location or identity. It's always been a world in which you need some caution and wisdom... it's just electronic based now.

Caller ID said Detroit Michigan and gave the name of Nick Michos. It is the credit card scam as mentioned above.

Revording. "We are calling about your current credit card. There is no problem with your current card. "

They called me on my cell, I pressed 1, told them I was on the dnc list and they immediately hung up.

Just called regarding Credit card account...total crap. Then said to press 1 to speak to a live rep - and the phone hangs up. I immediately called back to get a message stating the number was disconnected.
