I got the call, did not answer caller ID said United States lol. No message was left and I blocked the number

Prerecorded message offering to lower credit card bills. I choose to speak to a live person and asked three times to have my number removed. She ignored me and eventually hung up.

I just got called into Indiana today, 314-581-1870

I picked up saying hello, all i could hear was a female PC voice recording saying something along the lines, "Sorry that was not a valid entry."

it cut out before it could complete it's message and the line went dead for 15 seconds then I decided to hang up.

Since I cannot find any other info on this number but this site and a second one... This means this is a brand new number relating to 1899 and other numbers from this location.
it seems to be calling someone every 5 minutes.

When I called back, got a message that the number couldn't be completed as dialed. Invalid phone number.
