They call me a couple times every day and leave messages and I thought I blocked them and it says I did, but they continue to get through.

You are instructed to press 9 to be put on do not call list....live person starts asking you if you are in pain....etc. tried to get her to stop her sales pitch to let her know I'm not on Medicare or Medicare. Her reply...."shut up you f****** b****. Then hung up on me....really?

Got call from this number at 11:18am & 3:38pm today! Left messages both times stating that they were from Medicare and unless I call back they will stop my coverage! Usually says name is Nancy! This is the third area code and number! They usually call 2-3 times per day! Other area codes are 803 & 864! They keep changing the other numbers! I've gotten 12 calls since 3/7/19! They have not called on Saturdays not Sundays! I keep putting numbers on reject list but they change numbers of since my phone won't ring they still are able to leave messages! It is not worth the doctor bills I have to pay from being on disability and then upsetting me or my family! Have reported them on several occasions! Please stop them!

The Texas Senior Medicare Patrol has received complaints about Medicare scam calls from 320-454-8541. The female robocaller says that unless the person confirms his/her pain or disability, that Medicare would not cover any current or future claims for disability or mobility. THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS SCAM WITH THREATS. Report these scams to the Federal Trade Commission (https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov) , Medicare Office of the Inspector General (https://oig.hhs.gov/fraud/report-fraud/index.asp) and your state's Senior Medicare Patrol (1-877-808-2468, or https://www.smpresource.org). DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR MEDICARE OR SOCIAL SECURITY IDS. Check your Medicare Summary Notices (MSNs). If you see that Medicare has been billed for something that neither you nor your doctor has ordered, report that information immediately to your state's Senior Medicare Patrol (1-877-808-2468, or https://www.smpresource.org).
