Same deal here. They called and left a recorded voice mail stating the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. The voice recording was an electronic woman. I too have a clean record and always pay my taxes so there is no reason for an actual lawsuit. Clearly a scam.

I got a call just now stating that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me. Total scam as I am clean as a whistle. Matter of fact they owe me money. I hope they find this scammer!
