They change their phone number all of the time. They have been calling me for years and I have not yet had any luck getting the calls to stop. I reported them to the FCC two years ago.

Wanted to know how much I owe on all of my credit cards, I asked the person to hold on several times since I am at work, he then started cussing me and hung up.
