Ok, seriously! Really styupid, banks dont offer loans unless they actually you, or financial status, and never take a shot in the dark on just anybody. Get the text, ignor it. Go to your phone carrier, and block it. Oh and another question, how effective is the "No Call List"?? Me, I say; NOT AT ALL! I got a scam text from Target as well a couple months ago.
