Someone has been calling from this number frequently over the last few days, I finally answered & I truly could not understand them...not sure if it was part English...I thought I understood the word "payment", but that is about all...I finally interjected "I don't understand you" & they hung up

constant harassing phone calls to cell phone trying to collect on claimed debt for gym membership.... don't have a gym membership, never had a gym membership

people on phone are abusive and threaten everything from reporting negatively on you to credit reporting agencies, to lawsuits, to seizure of property ect...

they know my name, and somehow got my pre-paid cell phone number, but I've NEVER had a gym membership... other than my usual monthly recurring bills like mortgage, electric, auto insurance, I don't owe ANYBODY, ANYTHING... I have NO credit card balances, NO outstanding bills owed for ANYTHING

Will not stop calling. I refuse to answer. They called me at 8:47am the other day which is against the law. I know for a fact they can not call before 9:00am. Hit these mfers where it hurts.

They've been calling my number for weeks,2 to 3 times a day.I finally answered and some dot head who I could hardly understand said I own a gold gym membership from 2007.That membership was in Texas and was paid and I did not renew.Never received a bill from Golds all those years ago and everything was paid up and the membership card was turned in at the end of my membership.No problem! Now I have these idiots calling my phone number,which I am no longer in Texas,so how they got my number in beyond me since they keep calling my pre-paid cell phone,which is not in my name or linked to me in anyway! The idiot on the phone insisted he has my "Soc. security" number and "personal information" and if I did not give him 550 dollars on a credit/debit card,he would use my personal information..Oh yeah? I told him to go blow me and told him he is nothing but a scammer and to go to hell. He started threatning to report it to my credit report and will use my personal information.What is that extortion? I could hardly understand him ,he said his name was "Sam"....yeah right.Wouldn't give me a copy of the debt,any information and he said the first time the company name was 1st national credit and the second time he said his company name was collection fast inc...make up your mind before you try and scam someone !!

"First Credit Services" is the name of the debt collection company. They are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. DO NOT answer this call. They use 347-348-0611, 732-965-2150, 732-305-8350, and 949-269-6350. The best part is that they are trying to collect a gym debt that we never even signed a contract for! The name of the company that set them up to collect the debt is "ABC Fincancial." Be careful, I think these two businesses are trying to scam people. I wouldnt give them any financial or personal info...they might use it for identity theft!

These people are also using the phone number 732-305-8350. They called my daughter to collect on a gym membership debt and the caller id was 347-348-0611. She unwittingly gave her financial information. I informed her about fraudulent debt collectors and had her cancel the bank card that she gave them. When they called back to inquire about the card being cancel the caller id showed the 732-305-8350 number.

Will not stop calling!!! Wants money but doesn't say what debt they are trying to collect!

the person calls and say its collecting a debt but can't tell u what its for or about, but ask for money to resolve the matter
