I just got called from this number at 4:33 pm and the caller that he was not asking to go back to college. And I know that caller not to called my phone number anymore.

I receive calls at least twice a day from various numbers. This just one. I've asked to be taken off the call list every time. The last call I received, He said his name was Paul Oliver. He refused to tell me who he worked for or how he got my number.

Yes I received a call from a guy who did not give me his name. But he had a very thick indian or middle eastern accent. It was hard to understand him. He told me that I am 1 of 4 people who qualify for a Grant to go to school and walked me thorough the proper answers to give whoever will call me to apply over the phone for the money. It was very strange. I tried to call back with my questions but I just get a recording that says..Press 2 if you want to receive a call back.
