5:50 PM, 2/15/2008 ... received call, Robocall didn't catch it. Since I don't know anyone in Washington state, did not answer and they left no message.

Caller: No name ~ just telephone number, City of Vancouver in Washington State.

called 9 times within the last 2 weeks - once i finally answered "we are looking for someone to accept legal papers for **** my name then said are you them? i hung up called back and I get nothing but a beep

Yep..They called my son then me looking for information. They started with " We have a complaint."..directed us to call someone else and to await a document to be signed for. Would not give them any personal info. We have perfect credit and never any legal issues. Harrassing scammers.

These people keep calling for someone else on my phone even though I was told my phone number will be removed they’re still calling. How annoying I will block the number hopefully they don’t use another number to continue calling me and annoying me.

they called as a collector looking for someone i had seen in forever. I keep telling them to remove me from contact list and they keep calling. dont answer the call

My friend lives in Texas. I am the only one from Washington State she knows. I recently got in contact with her again I haven't talked to her in many years. A few days after I get ahold of her this number starts calling. This number is calling other people in my contact list. When they call the number back you can hear a person's voice saying beep. They won't say nothing when they first call. I think we are trying to get you to talk so they can get something I don't know what it's about but something's not right
