Yea. I called them back and made up a bunch of stuff. Let them work with the fake numbers for a while. I figure if i keep them busy they cant scam other people.

Same as everyone. Stated they were from the IRS and there is a lawsuit file against me with a warrant for my arrest. The IRS warned there will be illegal telephone calls made in their name and no one should call back the number, but contact the IRS and provide the information to them! Completely SPAM!!!

I also received a call from this number with similar message when I called back they were saying that I have some tax calculation issue and a arrest warrant has issue. I disconnected the call

Also received a call from this number. left same voicemail on my cell phone, 5/10/2017 at 10:54 am
Also received a voicemail with same message yesterday on my cell phone, 5/9/2017 from a different phone number 731-389-9474. Person answered the phone "IRS Services". Ask why I was calling and I responded you left me a message, then they put me on hold - no music. Sounded like a call center, noise/chatter in background. I called them from a landline, so they won't able to track it to my cell.
