Got a cll from this number today. Did not answer, no voicemail. Tried calling the number, got a recording that said the number does not exist. How can someone call from a non-existent number?

Spam Call - One ring and hung up - Seems 406 area code means "SPAM"! And I'm on a do not call list which obviously means nothing anymore.
