Another unwanted call from this Orlando FL landline arrived today, less than 5 months since the last unwanted call on May 17. When the answering machine picked up, the caller left no message, just dead space. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) do this all the time while trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize. Florida is known nationwide as "boiler room central" when it comes to telemarketing fraud.

The caller has been unmasked as Wyndham Resorts, a serial peddler of timeshares that quickly become worthless when owners try to unload. Whether its timeshares, vacation giveaways, credit cards, air duct cleaning, home repairs, computer repairs, solar energy, the IRS, or Nigerian princes, A SCAM IS A SCAM IS A SCAM!

Many posters have identified the caller as Wyndham Resorts, a serial timeshare peddler. Whether its timeshares, vacation giveaways, credit cards, air duct cleaning, home repairs, computer repairs, solar energy, the IRS, or Nigerian princes, a scam is a scam is a scam!

Yes they did added number to call block on cell phone as well as checking cell phone on Do Not Call list what a pain.

I got a voice message from them and all that was said was something about was a prequalification for lower loan payments or to have loan dismissed completely.

I am on do not call list, yet they ignore this. The hotel chain says they are not their people, and it is a scam.

I keep receiving calls from this number. They never leave a message but call at least twice a month. I too am on the do not call list but it does not seem to matter. I can't believe that they do not have to respect the do not call list and won't get the hint to quit calling.

THEY'RE GETTING CREATIVE!! This num LEFT MSG on my cell that APPEARED to b a friend butt dialing me from a karaoke bar! Girls singing in background "Life is a Highway". Ppl who don't research num would of course cb num to c who APPEARS to hv Butt Dialed them n therefore HAS THEIR # in their cell so MUST b an acquaintance!!! SLICK Wyndham!!

They have called twice in the last 2 days. We are on the "do not call" registry and have no previous relationship with this company. Caller ID says Wyndham Vacations" -- we did not answer and they left no message.
